New Life On Top Floor

Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful way to start a day. We have a baby dove. Birth at 9:10a.m. Dallas Time and my friend and I were watching.

The mother was taking the egg pieces off very carefully. Wow, It was unreal. She flew away with a peice and then came right back.

I feel like I just had my 4th grand child, lol.

It's very hot here and my plant is dying fast around her that I felt I needed to do something so I very slowly put some water on it and she just sat there watching me.

I felt I had to keep it alive so she would have some shelter. Oh my gosh, I'm so excited.

I will try to get some pictures for everyone as soon as I feel that she will be ok with it.

What a day. I hope you all will enjoy this news as much as I did. Have a wonderful day. Lynn

How lucky you were to be able to see the hatching of the eggs! Looking forward to the photos.
