Nest Among The Clothspins

by Elizabeth
(Quinte West, ON. Canada)

One morning I went out to hang my laundry on the line.

I put my hand into my clothespin bag only to find it stuffed full of twigs.

I emptied the bag on the patio to clear it out then picked up the pins and continued the task at hand.

The funny thing was I had noticed a few twigs in the bag a week or two earlier but thought they had just fallen from the trees around the house, as I had left the clothespin bad hanging out on the line all the time.

Needless to say Mr. Wren had been busy trying to build another nest.
