My First Bluebird Sighting

Hello,
My name is Teddy and I am 11 years old. I saw a male Bluebird on June 12th sitting on top of my basketball hoop near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

I live in a new housing plan that use to be a farm with woods in my back yard. The Bluebird was beautiful with very colorful markings.

I was able to identify him with my Fandex Field Guide to birds. I am going to build a bird house with my dad to see if I can get a pair to build a nest and start a family.
