Bluebirds On Window Screen

For the past two weeks both the male and female bluebirds come to the window and just hang out there on the screen.

I see from others comments this is a common occurrence but does anyone have any idea what they may be after?

They just sit there for a long time and look inside. I had some silk forsythia in that room and moved it when I thought that might be attracting them, but they still are here.
