Bluebird

The wind blew down a tree in my front yard, the rest of this family was eaten by cats we have been taking care of this one.

How and when do I try to get him to eat on his own? We have had him for about two and a half weeks, he seems to have most of his feathers, and is jumping around good.

I want to get him back to nature as soon as we can.

Your Baby Bird
by: Administrator

Your bird looks like a baby Blue-jay. You need to get in touch with a local wildlife rehabber. Check with animal shelters to see if they can help you find a wildlife rehabber if one is not listed or your local audubon chapter.
