Baby Bird Thrown in Dumpster!

Okay so here's a story about a bird [baby] that was foud in the ceiling of our church.

We rescued it and took care of it! Well here's the shocking news... our youth minister threw it in the dumpster and told us that it wasn't going to live!

Me, Jenna Peace, wanted to keep the baby bird but, he said that I could'nt have it and threw it in the dumpster!

My day started with joy because of the birth of a mourning dove while yours ended in tears. Who can explain such a terrible act? Be proud that you could cry for that baby bird and that your not the kind of person that would do such a terrible act. Speak for that baby bird so that this person will have to answer for his actions. I'm sorry you had to go through that today. Lynn

I find it astonishing that some people can call themselves a Christian. Doesn't our love extend to All of God's creatures? The minister could have at least given you the chance to save the little bird. Didn't the Bible say something about God watching over the sparrows?

I have a friend who has raised a quail as a pet and taught it to poo on a newspaper in her home. She feeds it tiny bits of lettuce. Nothing is impossible with love and a little knowledge.
